On August 28th in 2013,the premier Li Keqiang host the executive meeting of the State Council whose main task is studying and planning to promote the development of healthy service industry. The meeting stressed that the requirement of the healthy service among public keeps going on the condition of improvement of the people’s daily life. So it is necessary to promote the development of healthy pension service industry.
Experts believe that China aging population has entered a rapid development stage.Focusing on the development of pension service is not only a positive response to the aging population and the critical measures to safeguard or improve the daily livelihood,but also a important fulcrum of expanding the domestic demand, increasing employment and promoting economic transformation and upgrading .

Population aging in our country has entered the phase of rapid development. The ministry of civil affairs published in 2012, according to the development of social service statistical bulletin in 2012, the number of China's aging population aged 60 is above 194 million people, accounting for 14.3% of the total population.
